The Motet Performs Talking Heads On Halloween Run
The Motet is excited to announce that this year for our Halloween run we will be performing the music of THE TALKING HEADS!
It promises to be a truly special occasion as we will be joined by none
other than Kyle Hollingsworth {SCI} playing keyboards, Fuzz (DBB) on guitar,
Jans Ingber on vocals and percussion, Liza Oxnard on vocals (and guitar?),
Joey Porter also playing keyboards, Carrie Sangiovanni on background vocals
and the legendary Paul McDaniel on bass.
The four shows are as follows:
Wed. Oct. 29th @ Hodi's Halfnote in Ft.
Collns
Thurs. Oct.
30th @ The Fox Theater in Boulder
Fri. and Sat. Oct. 31st and Nov.
1st @ Cervante's Masterpiece Ballroom in
Denver
Also, just in: Dominic Lalli will be opening the shows with his DJ set,
billed as "Big Gigantic" and The Motet Trio will be playing a late night
show after the Talking Heads set on Friday night.
