Is TV The New Radio?: Will Dailey & Keaton Simons To Embark On U.S. Tour.
CBS Records Artists Reach Millions Of New Fans Through TV Use Of Their Music.

Singer/songwriters Will Dailey and Keaton Simons – both of whom have garnered massive television exposure for their music through their signing to the newly relaunched, new model CBS Records – will embark on a three week U.S. club tour beginning June 1st in Annapolis, Maryland, continuing across the Midwest before concluding on June 23rd in Los Angeles.

The two artists became friends and collaborators through their association with the label and began making plans for the co-headlining tour after recently sharing a Los Angeles concert bill. Will Dailey As Dailey explained, “Keaton and I worked up a version of John Lennon’s “Instant Karma” during soundcheck and had an absolute blast playing it that night at the show.” Simons continued, “The crowd went wild and we both felt that we’d be crazy to not let the fun continue. We immediately started talking about exploring the musical possibilities on the road.”

As their recent Los Angeles pairing demonstrated, Will and Keaton are both singer/songwriters who approach their craft with a similar troubadour ethic and belief in the power of a great song, yet the two artists are each highly distinctive vocalists, songwriters and instrumentalists whose presentations compliment each other and make for an evening of powerful performance. During the upcoming tour, Will and Keaton will perform separate sets and are planning special on-stage collaborations, as well.

Both artists have had their music exposed to millions of potential fans through key placements of their songs on television programs airing on the CBS, ABC Keaton Simonsand CW networks. Keaton’s forthcoming debut album, Can You Hear Me, (release date June 10) was only recently completed and has already garnered featured uses on NCIS and Numb3rs. His music has previously been featured on shows ranging from the episodic drama Men In Trees to the daytime drama Passions.

Dailey, whose Back Flipping Forward album was released in 2007, was featured in an episode of CSI:NY in which he performed his song “Rise” as part of the storyline. “Rise” has also been featured on numerous other shows, including CSI, NCIS, Cane, Life Is Wild, and Eli Stone.
